Only in Siem Reap (Day3)

Temple hopping continues…
Bantaey Samre – another Angkor Wat resemblances? Comparative smaller and fewer visitors, but not less impressive…contrary, it’s really camera friendly and less crowd equals greater space for exploration…

Neak Pean…pool of water within the walls – for geomancy?
East Mebon…

Ta Keo – the longest and steepest stairs? Probably, floors are dangerously uneven and slippery sandy…

Others – efforts to sustain the national treasures were everywhere…
Inspirations from these temples? LEGO LAND! Apparently the later will be coming to Iskandar soon…seriously, ancient ruins were ingenious achitecture far beyond today’s skills and imaginations…Back to Old Market for dinner – Angkor Palm Restaurant for award wining platter (USD7.5 per pax: tip 4k riel = 1 USD), nothing praticularly special but vantage location with good ambient…
Some final shopping at Angkor Night Market…time for bargaining!
Good time is just too SHORT! Leaving, finally..sob!

Last tip: save USD25 per pax for service tax…otherwise…
