No Refunds

Ridsect’s “Tak beri peluang!”, OldTown’s “Take your time”, Nokia’s “Connecting people”…just some good tags – clear, simple yet strong messages, which relate products with consumers with ease. It reminds and reinforces the products’ benefits, further positioning the brand status in consumers’ mind.
But then again…most have failed – sometimes creating unintended (negative) consequences…a bunting from Firefly is self-explanatory – no refunds???? What the heck? Is that even necessary? MAS in red? Well, no wonder…
PS: Flying with Firefly is surprisingly quiet pleasant – flights are on time and the cabin in reasonable good conditions… stewardess are friendly but erhmm…not so eye pleasing though…perhaps on case-to-case basis…
